Responsibilities:
·Design, development and optimization of novel quantum hardware, such as frequency converters and measurement devices.
·Creation of software interfaces for measurement control

Qualifications:
·Masters or PhD or equivalent practical experience in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields.
·Proven experimental track record.

Essential Skills:
·Experience with building and operating optical and / or microwave measurement setups.
·Fluent in Python for data acquisition, measurement and analysis.
·General competency in debugging hardware and control software.

Preferred Skills:
·Experience with single phonon or photon counting techniques, control of superconducting qubits, finite element simulation.
·Experience with microwave engineering, integrated optics, photonics, quantum optics, and / or cryogenic measurements setups.
